I am an Assistant Professor of Management at Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor.

My research focuses on team resilience, conflict, and employee voice. For example, I study how we can build more resilient (entrepreneurial) teams, how teams can more effectively manage conflict, and how to enable and encourage people to speak up more often and effectively at work, from both an individual and leadership lens.

My research has been featured in various prestigious academic journals, including the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Small Group Research, and Group & Organization Management. I hold a PhD in Management (Organizational Behaviour) from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, an MSc in Management (Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management) from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an HBA from Ivey School of Business.
