A native to Windsor-Essex, Lee McGrath has for the past six years had the privilege of assisting businesses and industry to grow their footprint in the Windsor-Essex Region; identify and develop initiatives to support the continued growth in the key sectors of Agri-business; Auto-Advanced Manufacturing and Life Sciences. Currently in the role as Program Director for the Women Entrepreneurship Strategy for WindsorEssex providing coordinated support to women in our region to start and grow businesses in our region.
As a founding partner in the Emerging Technologies Conference and Trade Show, Lee was instrumental in growing the conference from humble beginnings to a large tradeshow and conference which was responsible for launching the new association, Automate Canada.
Throughout her career, Lee worked with top leaders in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, creating opportunities for growth often through creative partnerships and win-win contracts. Concentrating on the key pillars for successfully build strong relationships with stakeholders and various levels of government; work to analyzing and track data; most importantly assist in problem solving and actions that will help retain and create new jobs
