COOK-UP is a nonprofit business incubator that supports early stage entrepreneurs, particularly from marginalized communities, in building successful food businesses. We do this by providing access to a shared commercial kitchen space, business consulting, facilitating connections to a network of industry mentors, and connecting entrepreneurs to market opportunities. Our mission is to cultivate economic and entrepreneurial growth that will have a positive impact for the entrepreneur, their family and their community.
