I am the Manager of Projects & Research, responsible for overseeing labour market research projects and educating the community on labour market trends and career pathways.
I have a Masters Degree in Political Science from the University of Windsor and a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo. My research has continued to focus on Ontario’s apprenticeship system and how Windsor-Essex can improve recruitment and completion rates of local apprentices.I am also developing the 2022 RISE Needs Assessment report, assessing the entrepreneurship ecosystem for women in Windsor-Essex.
